By submitting a speaker application for the summit You're Not Crazy! It's Just Menopause hosted by Aryana Charise and organized by WE Summits™, owned and operated by Christi Kendall and Leni Cavazos, you (“Applicant”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Application Process

Purpose:

The information provided in the speaker application form will be used to evaluate your potential participation as a speaker for the summit. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance or inclusion in the summit.

1.2

Accuracy:

You confirm that all information provided in the application form is accurate and up-to-date to the best of your knowledge.

2. Use of Submitted Materials

By submitting your application, you grant WE Summits™ the following rights with respect to the materials and information you provide, including but not limited to your name, biography, photo(s), website, social media links, and any additional content you submit:

Marketing and Promotion:
WE Summits™ may use the materials you submit in connection with evaluating your application and promoting the summit, should you be selected as a speaker.Your name, photo, and bio may be included in marketing materials, social media posts, the summit website, email campaigns, or similar communications related to the summit.

2.2

Non-Exclusive License:

You grant WE Summits™ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the materials submitted in your application for the purposes stated above.This license is limited to summit-related purposes and does not transfer ownership of the materials to WE Summits™.

2.3

Retention of Intellectual Property:

You retain ownership of all intellectual property rights to the materials you provide in your application.If you wish to revoke permission for the use of these materials, you must submit a written request to WE Summits™. Revocation may not be possible for materials already published or in use.

3. Privacy and Data Use

3.1

Data Collection:

The information you submit in the application form will be stored securely and used solely for the purposes of evaluating your application and, if selected, promoting your participation in the summit.

3.2

Third-Party Sharing:

Your information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties except as necessary for summit operations (e.g., inclusion on the summit website or promotional materials).

3.3

Privacy Policy:

All information collected through the application form is subject to the WE Summits™ Privacy Policy.

4. Changes to Application or Materials

4.1

Updates:

If there are changes to your bio, headshot, website, or any other submitted information after your application, you must notify WE Summits™ as soon as possible to ensure the accuracy of promotional materials.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1

No Liability for Non-Selection:

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance as a speaker. WE Summits™ is not liable for any costs, damages, or expectations arising from non-selection.

5.2

No Endorsement:

Submission of your application and any subsequent use of your information does not constitute an endorsement by WE Summits™ or its organizers.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of Nevada, United States.
